The playgroup’s name is based on the familiar saying, “It takes a village to raise a child.” This is something found to be true by many families and a repeated theme in the stories of so many people.
In a village, people know each other and are connected by things in common. As parents of young children, we want to be part of a place where parents and children can come to grow, learn, have fun, and belong.
The early years of development are tricky. We want to do our best to assist both parents and children as they learn together. We are partnering with Tiff Ikin from Brighton Mini Maestros to incorporate a short music class in the Monday PM group.
